install telegram app first, then do these 3 steps ( cài app telegram, rồi làm 3 bước này)

1. http://web.telegram.org  => Log in 

2. Setting (on that web) => Privacy and Security => Sensitive content => Tick the box : Disable filtering ( Vào phần cái đặt trên web đó, tít vào ô đó ) 

3. Restart Telegram and click the links below. ( Tắt app rồi mở lại và click link bên dưới )
